"My wife wanted a good pair of kitchen scissors. The pair she had was retail store quality, I wanted her to have a pair of professional quality scissors. So I researched what the pros use. The name Wusthof came up over and over. So I ordered these, there is no comparison. These are the best scissors I have ever used. They are super sharp, cut easily. They have a very good feel in your hand. They cost a little more, but are well worth the investment."

"I love the new scissors I got for a replacement. Feels good in my hand and very sharp. I’d like to say I have a beautiful knife block and I really like the quality and efficiencies of all the different knives. You would never guess that you could use so many different knives in one meal prep/ dinner. But it makes it so much easier and saves time too. Can’t say enough for this product/company. And customer service —-, the one time in many years of use I’ve had to utilize it, is outstanding also."

"Bought these to replace the scissors in the 9 block set, as they leave little to be desired. I knew this when I bought the set, as I have another set of scissors with our Classic Ikon set in our primary home. These scissors are sharp, strong, and I love that they come apart."

"I had the cheaper black plastic handle kitchen shears from Wusthof for close to 10 years. They are still around my house but have been repurposed to all sorts of tasks not kitchen related so I thought it was time add to the collection and upgrade to a dedicated set for kitchen/food tasks. These are so sharp, heavy duty, and comfortable to use. Easy to separate and clean/sanitize from poultry work. 11/10 would buy again, especially considering the price point. So reasonable for something that will likely last 15 years to a lifetime depending on how you treat them."
